1. Description of Service

INSTA PV STORY provides six free tools, offered together as "the Service": (a) a viewer for publicly available Instagram profile information, posts, reels, and story highlights; (b) a viewer for publicly available Snapchat profile information, saved Story highlights, and Spotlight clips; and link-based video downloaders for public content on (c) Instagram, (d) Facebook, (e) Snapchat, and (f) TikTok. None of these tools require an account or login on the source platform. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access, or attempt to access, private or restricted accounts on any supported platform
• Harass, stalk, or infringe on the rights or privacy of any individual
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service at scale
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

4. No affiliation with these platforms

INSTA PV STORY is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, Snap Inc. (Snapchat), or TikTok. All related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-party content

All content displayed or downloaded through the Service (photos, videos, profile information, etc.) remains the property of its original creators or the respective platform. We do not claim ownership over any such content. Users are solely responsible for how they use any content accessed through the Service, including complying with applicable copyright law.

6. "As is" service, no warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability. Third-party data sources that power the Service may change or become unavailable at any time, which may affect functionality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSTA PV STORY and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
